Dr. Richards brings to the firm expertise in the areas of Economics, Finance, Accounting and Management Information Systems.  He has worked in the areas of economic research, management audit, marketing research, project evaluation, strategy formulation and implementation, and management information systems for over 30 years, both as a consultant and senior management.

He is a member of the American Economic Association, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Antigua & Barbuda and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Eastern Caribbean. He is also Deputy Chairman of the National Economic & Social Council of Antigua & Barbuda.

Mr. Martin has extensive expertise in accounting, finance, computer science, auditing, computer security and project management with over 25 years of professional experience, most at senior levels.

He is a Certified Management Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor, a Registered Internal Auditor, a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.

Errol Samuel, B.S., M. Ed., Bowling Green State University, Ph. D., Indiana State University

Dr. Samuel has extensive expertise in technology systems, technology education and training, quality systems, technology management, human resources management, project management and ISO 9000 implementation and training.  He has over 25 years of professional experience most at a senior level both as a consultant and manager.

He is a member of the American Society of Quality and the National Association of Industrial Technology.

Ivonie Punter, CMA, Society of Management Accountants of Canada; MBA, University of the West Indies

Mrs. Punter has expertise in accounting, auditing, finance and human resources management.  She has over 20 years of professional experience most of this at senior levels.  She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Antigua & Barbuda and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Eastern Caribbean. 

A. David Dorsett, B.S., John Brown University; LL.B., University of London; MBA,Baylor University; Ph.D., University of Maryland

Dr. Dorsett has expertise in marketing research, marketing planning and management, strategy formulation and implementation, accounting, and finance. He has over 15 years of professional experience as a business consultant and over 3 years as a business school professor. In addition, he is a trained attorney and has been admitted to practice in the courts of England. He will be admitted to practice law in the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court countries in the first half of 2005.
